Curriculum

The School of Communication Sciences & Disorders (CSD) offers a two-year, full-time Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) on our beautiful Forest Grove campus.

Our speech-language pathology curriculum provides in-depth study of the wide range of SLP clinical practice in speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders across the lifespan.

Our faculty integrates the best current evidence with client-centered care using innovative and practical approaches to teaching.

The School: Meeting Your Expectations

Students have the opportunity to work closely with faculty, professional speech-language pathology clinical supervisors, and gain interdisciplinary experience working with allied health professionals in a variety of community-based settings.

Clinical Placements

Pacific University prides itself on providing a solid foundation in clinical education. Students will complete a minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience throughout the program.
